If you are a high school student, you will receive a personally assigned writer with at least a Bachelor’s degree in the subject field. On the website, you need only access the order form. On this form, we ask that you complete all fields with as much detail as possible, so that we have a complete picture of what you need. New customers will also need to create a personal account for purposes of communication during the process. Your completed order form will be analyzed and accepted. At this point, you will be asked to make payment, and we will locate the perfect writer for your work.

Once your order has been accepted, we will ask for payment. You payment procedure is as follows: Using your personal account (username and password protected), go to the “My Orders” link on your navigation panel Open your order and click to “check out.” You will be given options of PayPal, credit cards, or bank account. Once an essay or any other type of writing is delivered to and accepted by a customer, that writing piece is deleted from our system. We do not accept any order for which we would be unable to meet the deadline requirement. Even in the most urgent of circumstances, we will quickly find an appropriate writer for you. If on a rare occasion, we are unable to find a writer, we will let you know immediately. Missing a deadline is extremely rare, and has only occurred when a serious illness or emergency has occurred with a writer. In these instances, we notify you immediately and assign another writer to the task. If your deadline is missed as a result of this, you can request your money back. A deadline is occasionally missed because the Customer has failed to give us accurate contact information. We will do everything in our power to get in touch with you, but cannot accept responsibility in these circumstances. Again, this is rare.

You should contact us immediately and provide us with the details relative to your dissatisfaction. We will be happy to revise and re-write until you are happy. As long as your request does not conflict with your original instructions to our writer.
